Returns and exchanges
Changed Your Mind?
When you buy from us online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to cancel.
After telling us, you then have another 14 days to send the item back.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- This does not apply if the item is faulty.
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:
- We’ll refund the full cost of the item.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof that it’s been sent back).
- Refunds are made using your original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or misdescribed items
We’re happy to replace or refund any item that is faulty or not as described. Please contact us prior to returning any items and include:
- Proof of purchase
- A clear photo showing the issue
Your rights are protected under applicable UK consumer law.
We’ll cover the return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
You have 30 days to return or exchange your item, as long as it is:
- Unused
- In perfect condition
- In its original, unopened packaging

When returning any item, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
A few important notes…
· Returns must include your order number.
· If an item has been mishandled or damaged due to misuse, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back. If you do not follow the return process, we will not be able to refund you.
