Cancellation policy

At Bambo Nature, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you may cancel an order placed through bambonature.co.uk.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order:
- Within 1 hour of placing your order for a full refund, provided it has not yet been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order has entered our fulfilment process, it can no longer be cancelled.
We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we encourage customers to contact us immediately if a cancellation is required.
2. Delivery Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be amended.
If you are concerned about being unavailable at the time of delivery, some delivery partners may offer options such as leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe place.
If you no longer have access to the delivery address provided at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Where feasible, we will request that the delivery partner returns the parcel to us.
Please note:
- Returns initiated in this way may take up to 14 days to be completed.
- A full refund will be processed once the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
- If you still require the items, a new order must be placed, as we are only able to ship to the address entered at checkout.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible:

- 📌 Include your order number and the name used to place the order.
Cancellation requests are handled during business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
4. Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched:
- It cannot be cancelled.
- You may return the items in accordance with our Returns Policy once received.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:
- Opened hygiene products (including nappies and baby care products)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Subscription orders already processed for shipment
This is in line with UK hygiene and consumer protection regulations.
7. Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
If you have a recurring subscription:
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- Once payment has been processed, that cycle cannot be cancelled.

8. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
If we cancel your order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
9. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods (subject to certain exceptions).
